A premium Juice Cleanse package that has been specifically designed by our in house nutritionist, in order to help cleanse the body of toxins which will help you to lose weight, kick those sugar cravings and more importantly add a huge influx of nutrients to your vital body system.

This juice cleanse plan is really simple. You have 5 juices per day for 2 days per week,

on non-consecutive days such as Monday and Wednesday, this reduces calorie intake on these 2 days to approx 600 calories. This saves between 3000-4000 calories on a standard week. 

All juices are made by hand. They are never pasteurised and are therefore packed with Anti-Oxidants and Micro-Nutrients.

This cleanse program can be a really flexible way of controlling calorie intake across the week.

We provide you with a nourishing selection of juices and smoothies with the correct amount of calories for the 2 fasting days of your 2 days Fast Diet. We’ve made it easy and convenient, leaving you with one less thing to worry about.

To make it easier we have designed 1 extra REST DAY as an option to consume in between or after your low calorie juice cleanse.

Our products are available to order online and in-store for delivery in the Adelaide, Sydney, Wollongong and the Coastal Illawarra region, as well as Shoalhaven City, or for pickup in our store in Wollongong. Check the FAQ for questions regarding this product.

We are providing same day pick up service, ALL PICK UP ORDERS ARE PLACED BEFORE 1PM, COULD BE PICKED UP BY 5PM SAME DAY.
